Noah Strand

NOAH STRAND is a native of Frederick, Maryland and began his dance studies at the Washington School of Ballet in Washington, DC. In 2014, he was invited to train full-time at the School of American of Ballet (SAB) in New York City, where he was named a Jerome Robbins scholar and performed on stage with the New York City Ballet in productions by Peters Martins, Christopher Wheeldon, and others. From 2016-2018, Noah performed in numerous premieres through the New York Choreographic Institute and staged his own work titled, "Hammers." He has also trained and appeared on stage with the San Francisco Ballet, Boston Ballet, and Pacific Northwest Ballet. 

Noah has also continued to develop his experience as a dance instructor, beginning as a teaching assistant at SAB and later establishing a men's ballet training and conditioning program in his hometown. In 2019, he joined Moveius Contemporary Ballet in Washington, D.C., where he danced for six seasons while completing his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland. Noah is in his first season with FSBT.
