Hailey Fairhurst
HAILEY FAIRHURST danced with Elevé Danse Centre in Bellingham, Massachusetts, for 10 years and has returned multiple times as a guest teacher. She most recently enjoyed the honor of performing the role of Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty with the studio where her ballet dreams began. At the age of 12, Hailey was invited to train at Koltun Ballet Academy under Alex Lapshiv and Alexandra Koltun. She went on to dance at Integrarte, where she trained under Carlos Molina and Erica Cornejo. Hailey has been fortunate enough to spend many summers training at a variety of prestigious programs, including Boston Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, The Royal Ballet, Philadelphia Ballet, and Orlando Ballet. She had the privilege of performing in Romeo & Juliet and The Sleeping Beauty with Philadelphia Ballet as a trainee, and in Giselle with Orlando Ballet. Most recently, she was featured in Gene Schiavone and Gavin Larsen's book Infinite Steps, celebrating the artistry and stories of ballet dancers.
Her favorite FSBT productions include Giselle, Dracula, Don Quixote, Coppélia, Romeo & Juliet, and Zachery Kapeluck's A Midsummer Night's Dream. During her time with FSBT, she has enjoyed performing featured roles including the Pas de Trois in Swan Lake and, most recently the Wilis in Giselle. Hailey is excited to return for her fifth season with FSBT and is especially looking forward to dancing in Swan Lake.
