Contemporary

This contemporary technique class is designed to help dancers start understanding various movement styles. The students will learn how to retain choreography that goes beyond traditional movements of ballet, resulting in a more confident approach to new movement styles.

Mondays 4:30p (Lv 6)

Acro

Acro is a style that incorporates both traditional and rhythmic gymnastics concepts into dance. This class is designed to help build out skills like an Ariel or back walk over. In addition to teaching fundamental gymnastic tricks, the class also pushes mobility, increase back flexibility and overall strength.

Fridays 4:15-5:15p (Ages 5-7) & 6:15-7:15p (Ages 8+)

Pilates Open Class

This beginner-level Mat Pilates class welcomes those of all skill levels. Designed as an introduction to the foundational principles of Pilates in a supportive and accessible environment on a mat.

Thursdays 4:30p-5:30p

Musical Theatre Open Class

Open to beginners as well as more seasoned jazz dancers, get your strength and cardio work out with a jazz warm up dancing to hits from Broadway musicals, followed by progressions across the floor including turns and jumps with the class culminating with learning a musical dance number each month.

Fridays 5:15p-6:15p
